A RUNNING challenge by a group of family members, friends and work colleagues has raised vital funds for a team of volunteer doctors which carries out work in Cumbria.

The BEEP Doctors (BASICS) Cumbria charity has been given £785, raised by the group, whose members each completed runs totalling 100 kilometres between January 1 and February 28. £87,410 Sellafield donation to help save lives in West Cumbria
