BEEP Doctors smash fundraising target & set new challenge

BEEP Doctors, a Cumbrian based charity, set themselves a huge target of raising £145,000 in 2021, which they are pleased to announce they smashed. November 2021 Call-Outs

During the month of November, the team of 15 on-call doctors attended 11 call-outs across the county. They assisted 16 casualties including two people on bikes who had to be airlifted to hospital. BEEP Doctors receive grant for over £80,000

The BEEP Doctors charity recently received a grant of £83,500 from the Mark Benevolent Fund, working for the province of Cumberland and Westmorland. The cheque was presented to the crew by the Freemasons of West Cumbria and has paid for some equipment that will help the volunteer doctors save even more lives across the county. … Read more »

October 2021 Call-Outs

During the month of October our team of doctors were called out to a total of 20 call outs. There were 20 casualties, some with minor injuries who were treated at the scene or transported to hospital. BEEP Doctors get online

IT company, Logic Business Systems, have donated ten new iPads and IT solutions to the BEEP Doctors charity, as they move into a new headquarters in Penrith town centre. August 2021 Call-Outs

This month our team of volunteer Doctors have attended 31 incidents across Cumbria. They have covered Penrith, Barrow-in-Furness, Keswick, Langwathby and various locations on the M6 and M74. The month of July saw our team of Beep Doctors called out to 29 incidents across Cumbria. There were 16 road traffic collisions between vehicles of various sizes, from motorbikes to lorries, and pedestrians this month.
