BEEP Doctors incident report June 2022

During June 2022, the BEEP Doctors charity attended 20 incidents across Cumbria. BEEP Doctors smash fundraising target & set new challenge

BEEP Doctors, a Cumbrian based charity, set themselves a huge target of raising £145,000 in 2021, which they are pleased to announce they smashed. During the month of November, the team of 15 on-call doctors attended 11 call-outs across the county. They assisted 16 casualties including two people on bikes who had to be airlifted to hospital. During the month of October our team of doctors were called out to a total of 20 call outs. There were 20 casualties, some with minor injuries who were treated at the scene or transported to hospital. August 2021 Call-Outs

This month our team of volunteer Doctors have attended 31 incidents across Cumbria. They have covered Penrith, Barrow-in-Furness, Keswick, Langwathby and various locations on the M6 and M74. July 2021 Call-Outs

The month of July saw our team of Beep Doctors called out to 29 incidents across Cumbria. There were 16 road traffic collisions between vehicles of various sizes, from motorbikes to lorries, and pedestrians this month. BEEP Doctors unveil new emergency vehicle.

BEEP Doctors (BASICS) Cumbria, a charity based in Penrith, have launched a new emergency vehicle, which has been sponsored by Suffolk based Smarter Metering Services.
