November 2021 Call-Outs

During the month of November, the team of 15 on-call doctors attended 11 call-outs across the county. They assisted 16 casualties including two people on bikes who had to be airlifted to hospital. August 2021 Call-Outs

This month our team of volunteer Doctors have attended 31 incidents across Cumbria. They have covered Penrith, Barrow-in-Furness, Keswick, Langwathby and various locations on the M6 and M74. BEEP Doctors unveil new emergency vehicle.

BEEP Doctors (BASICS) Cumbria, a charity based in Penrith, have launched a new emergency vehicle, which has been sponsored by Suffolk based Smarter Metering Services. During the month of March, our BEEP Doctor team attended 42 emergency call-outs. 23 of these were road traffic accidents where they assisted to the casualties, who were subsequently taken to hospital by road or air.
